The controlled journey

From first enquiry to reviewed work.

The marketing site collects no case papers. After the live-data gates close, suitable users move into an assigned matter workspace, where access, instructions, drafts and releases are recorded by matter.

  1. General suitability screen.
Role, jurisdiction, broad matter type, document-volume band and timescale only. No names, allegations, case numbers or files.
  2. Written scope.
The pilot states limits, fee, target timing, responsibilities, exclusions and cancellation terms before onboarding.
  3. Assigned account and matter.
The practitioner creates the matter and grants named users only the access they need.
  4. Files and instructions.
Users upload through the matter workspace and explain what the material relates to.
  5. Internal preparation.
Working material is kept inside the authorised review boundary. Automated model processing is not included in the launch promise.
  6. Check and named release.
The assigned release owner decides what to release and to whom. This is an administrative release control, not a promise of legal review. The portal does not file or serve it.
  7. Feedback and correction.
The named user can accept, correct or reject while the original record remains traceable.
  8. Close-out and retention.
Access, export, retention and deletion follow the approved engagement and privacy process.
