  1. Register free.Every account starts on the free plan. Drafts and checks use Action Credits from a plan or credit pack, and each action shows its cost before you commit.
  2. Open a matter.Each matter is sealed from every other. Practitioners and McKenzie friends run a separate workspace for each person they support.
  3. Files and instructions.Upload messages, letters, orders and statements inside the matter and explain in writing what you need. The marketing site collects no case papers.
  4. Pseudonymised before processing.Names, phone numbers and addresses are replaced with labels before any AI processing. The labels are swapped back in the draft you receive.
  5. Drafted from your evidence.The software builds the chronology, exhibit bundle and statements, with each fact tied to the exhibit it comes from.
  6. Red-teamed and fixed.Each draft is attacked once by the AI and repaired. Anything it cannot fix is marked ⟦TO RESOLVE⟧ in the text, with the reason.
  7. Released with a status.The draft is released to you automatically, with a STATUS block listing what changed. No person reviews it first. Review by a solicitor or McKenzie friend is optional, never required.
  8. Check, correct and download.Read every draft before you rely on it and ask for another round at any time; corrections stay linked to the original record. Download the whole matter as an archive. EvidenceCanvas does not sign, file or serve documents.
