PIP appeals, scored descriptor by descriptor

A PIP appeal is an evidence audit: which descriptors honestly apply, whether the reliability factors reduce them, and where the assessor's report contradicts itself. EvidenceCanvas will score the 12 activities with you, audit the Regulation 4(2A) factors, build the PA4 rebuttal matrix, and draft the SSCS1 appeal with the legal submission (coming soon).

What the engine does.

Coming soon — every step below is being checked before anyone relies on it.

  1. MRN clock — free. Coming soon One month from the Mandatory Reconsideration Notice date to appeal, with the 13-month late-appeal route flagged — computed from your dates, not guessed.
  2. Descriptor scoring — free. Coming soon All 12 PIP activities, daily-living and mobility: you record what you can and cannot do, the engine scores the descriptors, totals the points and shows standard/enhanced thresholds against current rates.
  3. Reliability audit — free. Coming soon Regulation 4(2A), all four factors — safely, to an acceptable standard, repeatedly, and in a reasonable time. If an activity fails any factor, the descriptor changes: the audit shows exactly which and why.
  4. PA4 rebuttal — with the pack. Coming soon The assessor's report, tested line by line: contradictions between what you recorded, what the report says and what the scores require — assembled into a rebuttal matrix the tribunal can follow.
  5. SSCS1 appeal + submission — 4 credits. Coming soon Form SSCS1 notice of appeal pre-filled, with the written submission: descriptor by descriptor, reliability factors, case law where it bites.
  6. Hearing bundle — 1 credit. Coming soon Paginated bundle: MRN, PA4, your evidence, submission and correspondence.

What this is — and is not.

  • EvidenceCanvas is not a law firm and gives no legal advice; the appeal pack will be prepared by software (coming soon) and you will check and file it.
  • You record what you can and cannot do — the engine will score the descriptors deterministically from your selections (coming soon); it will never invent evidence.
  • The tribunal decides the award; no outcome is promised.
