  3. Quantify damages — free. Coming soon General damages by the rent-reduction method (Wallace v Manchester City Council severity bands, applied as a percentage of rent over the breach period), plus the special damages ledger for belongings, cleaning and redecoration.
  4. Letter of Claim — 2 credits. Coming soon The Annex A Pre-Action Protocol letter: defects, dates, damages, documents relied on and the protocol deadlines.
  5. Particulars of claim — 4 credits. Coming soon County Court Form N1 particulars under LTA 1985 ss.11 and 9A–9B (Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018), with the s.17 specific performance injunction for outstanding works.
